Terms of Use (EULA) — Project Finder

1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of the Project Finder mobile application (“App”) and website https://projectfinder.es
(“Site”).
By downloading, accessing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

If you do not agree, you must stop using the App immediately.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old to use this App.
By using the App, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

3. Description of Service

Project Finder provides:

Access to real estate or project listings

Search and filtering tools

Ability to save favorites

Subscription-based premium features

We may update or modify the App at any time.

4. Auto-Renewable Subscriptions

Project Finder offers paid premium features through auto-renewable in-app subscriptions.

When purchasing a subscription:

Payment is charged to your Apple ID account

Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before renewal

Your Apple ID account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours before the end of the current period

You may manage or cancel subscriptions in Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions

We do not issue refunds for partial subscription periods.

5. User Responsibilities

Users agree to:

Use the App only for lawful purposes

Not copy, distribute, or reverse-engineer the App

Not misuse or attempt to disrupt the service

Provide accurate information when creating an account

6. Intellectual Property

All content in the App and Site — including text, images, logos, code, and design — is the property of Project Finder LLC.
You may not reproduce or use content without permission.

7. Privacy

Your privacy is important to us.

8. Subscriptions & Payments

An active subscription is required to access the features of the app.

Project Finder offers auto-renewable in-app subscriptions, billed via Apple.

Payment is charged to the user’s Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.

The subscription renews automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current subscription period.

The user’s Apple ID account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current subscription period.

Users may manage and cancel subscriptions in Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions.

Apple processes all payments. We do not store or have access to sensitive payment information.

9. Third-Party Services

The App may use third-party services such as:

Apple In-App Purchases

Analytics tools

Hosting providers

Project Finder is not responsible for third-party terms and privacy practices.

10. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that:

Violate these Terms

Engage in fraudulent or harmful behavior

Misuse the platform

Users may delete their account at any time by contacting us.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms when necessary.
Updated versions will be posted at https://projectfinder.es/terms
with a new date.

Continuing to use the App after changes means you accept the new Terms.

12. Governing Law

This Agreement is governed by the laws of Georgia (Country), without regard to its conflict of law principles.
Any disputes arising from or relating to this Agreement shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of Tbilisi, Georgia.
